1.  Be at least 18 years of age, 
​2.  Must have a HS diploma or GED, 
3.  Must possess and present a valid CDL or CA ID and Social Security card.​

To be eligible in the Nursing Assistant Training Program, all applicants must have satisfactorily completed and must meet the following criteria prior to the start of the program:
 

1.  Be at least 18 years of age,
2.  Must have a HS diploma or GED, Social Security card,
3.  Must possess and present a valid CDL or CA ID and Social Security card,
4.  Must have Flu Vaccine (Sept to March) and Hep B Vaccine, 
5.   Must present a current (within a year) Physical Examination w/ TB results,
6.  Must pass the fingerprint and criminal background screening (Live Scan).
